JOB SUMMARY:
The Fulfillment Assistant supports Think Mart’s warehouse and order fulfillment operations by processing internal and external orders through the Think Mart online store portal. This role ensures that products and materials are accurately picked, packed, and distributed to internal partner organizations—including Think Together, Orenda Education, and Talent Collab. The Fulfillment Assistant maintains a clean, efficient warehouse environment and is cross trained to assist both the Print Center and Shipping & Logistics teams as operational needs arise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process and fulfill online store orders accurately and efficiently through the Think Mart portal.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment or distribution according to established procedures and timelines.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, fulfillment details, or discrepancies, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization, labeling, and stock rotation within the warehouse.
• Track and report order confirmations, shipments, and receipts to the Fulfillment Lead.
• Support production and print operations by assisting with assembly, packaging, or finishing projects as needed.
• Provide cross-departmental support to the Print Center and Shipping & Logistics teams during high volume periods.
• Assist with the daily operation, care, and basic maintenance of warehouse and production equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster collaboration and professionalism within all Production Services department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce or internal order management systems preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online order management systems.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse and production equipment (e.g., copiers, pallet jacks, label printers).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Warehouse and production environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and occasional outdoor work.
• Regular use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test.
• Travel up to 10%
• Reliable transportation is required to meet the needs of the position.
• While driving is not a regular requirement of this role, employees who operate a personal or company vehicle for work purposes must maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance on file with HR.
