JOB SUMMARY:
Think Together is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our growing talent marketing and employer brand initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will collaborate across the Talent Acquisition and Marketing and Communications teams to drive recruitment, build awareness of open roles, and enhance candidate engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about using marketing to make a meaningful impact on the future of education.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Marketing & Brand Awareness
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, including social, digital, and programmatic ads.
• Manage campaign assets, timelines, and communication between our Talent Acquisition team and our Marketing and Communication team.
• Prepare creative content strategies to amplify open positions, promote hiring events, and boost visibility of key job openings across digital platforms (Meta, Snapchat, etc.). Talent Acquisition Partner Support
• Fulfill marketing material requests from Talent Acquisition partners, including flyers, social graphics, event signage, and templates.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all candidate-facing touchpoints, including our careers website.
• Manage and monitor our employer brand presence on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor, responding to reviews and promoting engagement campaigns to enhance brand perception. Campus & Event Marketing
• Partner with the College Recruiting team to support presence at campus events and job fairs, including booth display optimization, giveaways, and promotional assets.
• Oversee the creation and management of hiring event tools such as Eventbrite registration pages and confirmation workflows.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
• Assist with updating and optimizing job pages and career content on our website.
• Prepare key KPI’s by tracking and analyzing campaign performance across key platforms and maintain internal performance trackers to help guide strategic decisions.
• Monitor marketing trends in recruitment and employer branding, offering insights to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or talent marketing.
• Experience with recruitment platforms or employer brand management tools (Glassdoor, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Eventbrite, and job board advertising preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for education and building equitable career pathways through marketing.
• Ability to travel to hiring events throughout California and attend monthly in-person meetings at the Home Office location in Santa Ana.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
• Email, social media, and internet.
• InDesign and/or Photoshop a plus
• Use of typical office equipment
PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Moderate Noise (examples: typical office noise)
• Stand, Walk, Sit (in general office environment)
• Computer Screen visual in performance of role
• Lift up to 10 pounds
• Travel up to 10-20%
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test
COMPENSATION:
- Salary Range $68,640-$70,000
This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
