JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment effort for Think Together staffing requirements and partner with assigned regional leadership to ensure recruitment needs are met across all the regions. Supervises and directs talent acquisition team pod and leads strategic recruitment projects as assigned. Personally, manages recruitment for senior level program and home office positions as assigned. Works closely with executives and department managers to monitor and measure recruitment quality. Prepares forecasts for hiring and staffing and recommends recruitment budgets as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises and directs recruitment pod to meet monthly and quarterly goals. Trains, onboards and mentors as needed.
• This role generally oversees 3 regions with minimum of 4 recruiters.
• Develops strategy and oversees special recruitment projects and organizational priorities as assigned.
• Provides support with Talent Acquisition Lead and recruiter training to cascade best practices.
• Manages staffing forecasts and recommends recruitment budgets for the recruitment effort.
• Monitors quality of the recruitment process throughout the regions in partnership with regional leadership
• Tracks and reports on recruitment benchmarks, including time to contact candidates, outbound recruiting activity, time to hire, quality, retention.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain standardized full cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency.
• Formulates effective approaches to unusual requirements or demands.
• Partners with the organization’s management and educational partners to identify suitable strategies, especially for school district employees.
• Ensures professional responses are provided to job applicants and inquirers.
• Ensures all recruitment and interview guidelines and documentation requirements are met.
• Reviews resumes, interviews, and evaluates candidates for senior level positions and recommends appropriate candidates for hire.
• Creates a high-value experience and positive image of the organization for all candidates and oversees that a high-quality orientation is offered to all candidates in the hiring process.
• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager to develop social media recruitment strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS):
• Manages the organization’s applicant tracking system.
• Implement systems and processes in the Applicant Tracking System to drive best practices, training, and quality recruiting.
• Analyze key recruiting metrics from the applicant tracking system to improve internal processes and provide insight to Human Resources and business leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• BA or BS preferred.
• At least five years of recruitment experience in related industry or field preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures all offer letter templates meet the legal requirements of the organization and used across the recruitment team with fidelity.
• Assists with training/coaching other hiring managers and recruiters on interviewing skills.
• Maintains highest levels of confidentiality regarding candidate and staff information, background check data, financial and organizational matters. - Attends staff and department meetings as appropriate.
• Manages supervisory responsibilities on time and effectively, mentors and trains recruiters and staffing coordinators.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
