Quality & Compliance Program Trainer

JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Trainer Quality and Compliance is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training (in-person and online) and technical assistance focused on key elements of program quality and compliance. This role encompasses a range of topics, including Federal Program Monitoring, Continuous Quality Improvement, and compliant student data management, such as attendance tracking and ensuring data accuracy. The Quality and Compliance Trainer will utilize effective instructional techniques to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold high standards of quality and compliance within the organization. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to regulations, the Quality and Compliance Trainer plays a vital role in enhancing program effectiveness and accountability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Development and Implementation
• Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new site leaders to ensure a strong foundation in program quality and compliance.
• Create and deliver refresher courses and ongoing development opportunities, such as Fall and Summer training sessions, to keep staff updated on compliance practices.
• Refine facilitation approach and learning experience based on audience and audience needs.
• Collaborate with other organizational subject matter experts to ensure content aligns to policies, best practices, and emerging trends.

Resource Creation and Support
• Design and create resources that reinforce and support the learning of compliance processes, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all participants.
• Utilize effective training content and diverse delivery methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.

Quality Assurance and Evaluation
• Monitor and evaluate training quality through feedback mechanisms.
• Assess staff preparedness to carry out compliance practices through evaluations and observations.

Performance Metrics
• Review CPA/Observation proficiency scores related to compliance practices, using this data to inform future training improvements and address any gaps in knowledge or skills. • Success during FPM reviews and audits of site practices and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in training and facilitation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting adult learners preferred.
• Expertise in Expanded Learning Education Code, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with Federal Program Monitoring reviews, demonstrating a strong grasp of evaluation processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in providing training and facilitation, with a track record of effectively engaging and educating diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred, including experience in using the platform for data management and reporting purposes.

COMPENSATION: $79,144 annually
