JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Supervisor II (PS II) oversees the day-to-day operations of Think Together specialized programs (e.g. High Dosage Tutoring, Accelerators, Yard Duty, Intervention Services, etc.) across 2–8 school sites. This role ensures that all programs are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established policies, school-day priorities, and district contracts.
The PS II directly supervises 10–25 frontline staff members, provides coaching and guidance, and serves as the primary liaison for school administrators, parents, and community partners. The PS II excels at managing dynamic program environments, supporting staff performance, and delivering a consistently high-quality experience for students.
This position may require flexible scheduling, including after-school hours and non-instructional days (e.g., summer, spring, and winter sessions).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Oversight
• Manage daily operations of specialized programs across 2-8 assigned sites.
• Monitor program participation, quality of program, student behavior, and overall student experience.
• Ensure compliance with program models, school/district policies, and funding requirements. Staff Supervision & Development
• Supervise, coach, and support 10–25 program staff across multiple locations.
• Provide on-site training reinforcement, model effective student engagement practices, and offer regular performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, and provide termination recommendations in alignment with HR policies.
Program Safety & Compliance
• Maintain safe and inclusive environments for students and staff, ensuring daily adherence to all safety protocols.
• Accurately document and report incidents, attendance, and other operational data.
• Ensure all student records and data are handled confidentially and in compliance with Think Together standards.
Partner & Stakeholder Communication
• Act as the primary contact for school administrators, staff, and parents at assigned sites.
• Collaborate with principals and faculty to align program goals with school priorities.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support student outcomes and program success.
Administrative & Operational Duties
• Maintain accurate records, including student attendance and enrollment data.
• Ensure timely approval of staff timecards and accurate tracking of hours.
• Meet all required deadlines for reporting, documentation, and deliverables.
• Attend regional meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) highly preferred
• Minimum age of 22
• Combination of education and experience related to position, with increasing responsibility, which may include however, not limited to:
• 3+ years of experience working in education/youth programs
• At least l+ year in a supervisory position is required and 2+ years highly preferred
• Previous classroom experience required. Must meet the minimum qualifications set by the partner district for a classroom instructional aide.
• Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff and faculty both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual / Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some district.
• Excellent program management skills, including demonstrated record of completing tasks on time.
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain within first 60 days of hire.
• Satisfactory TB skin test.
• Passing background check (DOJ & FBI).

• Ability to speak and write Standard English appropriate in a public-school setting. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written and demonstrate sensitivity to target audience.

• Comfortable with public speaking and providing direction.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal primarily within a set of identified variables. At times, may navigate outside set of variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. (including but not limited to, stepping in to perform other staff responsibilities as needed).
