As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you are responsible implementing recruitment strategy and overseeing a team of recruiters to drive fulfillment, compliance and quality fulfilling targeted focus area roles (Focus areas could be Area, Home Office, or Operations) for Think Together and Talent Collaborative as well as Orenda positions. In this player/coach position, the TA Lead will also be responsible for full-cycle recruitment through six key stages: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and pre-onboarding documents. TA Leads hire for all levels of roles within the organization, including executive and senior leadership positions. The TA Lead is responsible for supervising and mentoring a recruitment team and ensuring compliance to all required processes and procedures. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process in a high-volume, highquality environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership and Development
• Supervise and mentor a recruitment team, including onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure the recruitment team meets monthly and quarterly hiring goals through effective leadership and support.
• Provide regular and consistent feedback to employees to support professional development and growth.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when conducting employee investigations or performance management.
• Review new hire surveys with team and identify areas of process or customer service improvement.
• Implement strategic key plays as directed from talent acquisition leadership team.
RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing
• Schedule and conduct intake with hiring managers for all new positions.
• Support hiring manager in creation/revision of phone screen and interview guide questions as needed.
• If any interview tasks will be needed, collect all corresponding documentation and requests prior to posting requisitions.
• Ensure requisitions are posted in a timely manner and are properly formatted through Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with any Hiring Manager training or refresher training as needed.
• Other preparation tasks as assigned.
Sourcing
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to generate interest and a future pipeline.
• Attend job fairs, community and college events and other sourcing occasions as a representative of the organization.
• Other sourcing duties as assigned.
Screening & Interviewing
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for organizational opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience and potential fit for role.
• Schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual as needed, with Hiring Managers and provide ample communication with candidate on all corresponding details.
• Conduct interviews, as requested, and support with hiring decisions on specific needs.
• Uses evaluation and intuitive skills to determine candidates’ suitability for positions, employing agreed-upon position specifications, competencies, and skills to present the best candidates to management.
• Provide an equitable screening and interviewing process for all internal and external candidates.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers on status of requisition, application, etc.
• Other screening and interviewing duties as assigned.
Offer
• Create and send offer letter through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in line with agreed compensation and other pertinent information (start date, title, etc.).
• Secure transcripts and other documentation as part of interview process.
• Complete references as required.
• Communicate all onboarding requirements (fingerprinting, pre-employment tests, references, etc.) to all candidates to ensure a smooth process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations team to complete hiring process through efficient processing of new candidates.
• Communicate regularly with candidate to provide a point of contact until they have started their first day.
• Create a high-value experience and positive image of the organization for all candidates and new hires to contribute to a high-quality first 30 days for all employees.
• Obtain and maintain a Live Scan certification to support with fingerprinting as needed.
• Other offer and pre-onboarding duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 2-4 years’ recruiting or sales experience required.
• High volume recruiting or staffing agency experience highly preferred.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting).
• Satisfactory Tuberculosis Test
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet and/or exceed recruitment key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned.
• Provide a superior level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains highest levels of confidentiality regarding candidate and staff information, background check data, financial and organizational matters.
• Attends staff, program and department meetings as required.
• Attend in-person leadership and team meetings as required.
• Attend in person recruiting and outreach events as assigned.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.

COMPENSATION:
• $75,000 to $85,000 annually
