JOB SUMMARY:
Executing a variety of Graphic Design pieces as dedicated support to the Sales Operations department, while preserving the brand identity for Think Together and in support of the organization’s mission and goals. The Designer will lead the end-to-end development of competitive RFP bids, tailored proposals, strategic sales collateral, and pitch decks. This role ensures all client-facing materials are cohesive, brand compliant, visually engaging, and strategically crafted to enhance competitiveness, deepen partnerships, advance organizational goals, and drive growth

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work in collaboration with the Art Director, Sr. Graphic Designer and the Sr. Director of Sales as well as other members of the Marketing and Communications and Sales departments.
• Design and produce visually compelling layouts for print and digital materials including multi-page documents, proposals, reports, flyers, one-pagers, presentations and other collateral.
• Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, color and overall layout across all materials.
• Managing the individual aspects of each design project, including obtaining the necessary approvals and making revisions as needed in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to design pieces that are press-ready based on supplied specifications for print production with in-house services.
• Partner closely with subject matter experts, Executive Directors, and Sales Consultants to gather insights and tailor each proposal or collateral piece to the specific priorities, funding criteria, and goals of the prospective partner.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Build and maintain a robust, scalable library of branded templates
• Managing time effectively to finish projects on time and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Art Director and inherent in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years graphic design experience in an agency, education, or private industry.
• Computer skill set that includes strong proficiency with the Macintosh operating system, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, any additional applications a plus.
• Experience in print production, photo retouching, graphic design and layout are essential.
• A thorough understanding of file preparation and quality control on press checks for offset printing.
• Strong evidence of creativity, innovation, and vision as it pertains to marketing materials.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with both vendors and internal clients.

• Comply with organization policies and follow procedures.

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary Range $68,640-$70,000

This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
