JOB SUMMARY:
Under supervision of the Learning Experience & Design Lead, the Talent Development Coordinator will help manage the operational and administrative functions of the Talent Development & Learning Team. This is a highly detailed and hands-on position that requires a positive and collaborative team player. As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues across the team to ensure alignment, quality, and consistency across our work and programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Learning & Experience and Design domain in the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning solutions.
• Support the design, maintenance and implementation of our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage multiple projects that support the team, tracking progress and accurate ongoing reporting.
• Provide regular project updates and challenges to supervisor.
• Organize and maintain staff development email, calendar, training archives, libraries, and equipment.
• Utilize effective written and oral communication in both internal and external communication.
• Provide guidance within the Talent Development and Learning Team, providing the necessary training and coaching to the team in the use of systems, operations, program administrative duties, and the LMS.
• Support in the creation of training and development collateral materials including PowerPoint Decks, voiceover scripts, storyboard layouts, and facilitation guides.
• Support in managing Talent Development and Learning department SharePoint and systems.
• Support project management in collaboration with the Learning Experience and Design Team by building and fostering relationships to create content with subject matter experts. Edits and verifies content and checks for quality and adherence to Think Together guidelines and adult learning competencies before producing.
• Coordinates requests from other internal departments and regional teams to create both online and in person training content, tools, and systems.
• Collaborate and support hiring managers/department leads with creating, managing, and organizing of Induction and Onboarding Plans for Home and Regional Office positions as well as connecting induction plans to LMS Learning Pathways.
• Support Talent Development and Learning with facilitation of programs as needed.
• Project a professional, positive attitude and exercise confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited institution or 5 years equivalent work experience
• Require at least 2 to 3 years of experience in training and/or talent development.
• Provide support to Program and Operations members with use of our LMS system through ticketing, email and support requests.
• Present status updates of projects to various audiences.
• Apply a strong knowledge of the latest design, typography and layout trends and best practices.
• Ability to take ideas and direction of the manager through the entire project life cycle.
• Ability to communicate in person effectively and professionally and in writing with all internal and external stakeholders while demonstrate sensitivity to target audience.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple project deadlines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
• Support organizational values and goals.
• Performs all other job-related duties as requested.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & to participate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-initiative.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to target audience • Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Able to travel to off-site meetings and trainings.
• Must pass Live Scan (fingerprinting), background check, and Tuberculosis test.
• Reliable Transportation.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including, but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Use standard office equipment
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
• E-mail
• Internet software
• Working knowledge of instructional design software
• Working knowledge of Mac and PC

PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Moderate Noise (examples: typical office noise)
• Stand, Walk, Sit (in general office environment)
• Computer Screen visual in performance of role
• Lift up to 10 pounds • Travel up to 10%.
• Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test

• Pass Advanced Math and English skills (K–8) testing

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary $68,640

 This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
