JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Organization Development Manager is managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs with design, implementation and evaluation of processes and programs. The Organization Development Manager will be responsible for managing the OD team and resources used to support organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and development of organizational initiatives. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Provides organizational development expertise and capabilities in the areas of process improvement, systems design, continuous improvement, and culture building.
  • Identifies key organizational needs by developing trusted relationships with leaders across the organization and co-creates large scale initiatives to drive organizational change.
  • Support change management efforts through impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning, coaching and thought leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to help leaders set strategy, manage change, improve processes, clarify roles and accountability, and support realignment/shift of organizational culture as relevant.
  • Supports talent review and succession management efforts with senior leaders to provide insight and identify development opportunities.
  • Designs and facilitates team development and cross-team workflow to support leadership alignment, strategy alignment, and execution of functional teams.
  • Works collaboratively across departments as well as across regions in all areas of OD.
  • Develops and maintains organizational systems and tools to ensure ongoing talent development in support of organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Master’s degree in organizational leadership/organizational development/organizational behavior preferred. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven experience leading virtual and matrixed teams.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL TRAITS:  

  • Provide thought leadership in all aspects of talent development and organizational development.
  • Experienced leader, strategic thinker, and problem-solving agent with strong collaborative and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced and skilled presenter providing hands-on, interactive training with adult learners.
  • Proven project management experience including both planning and implementation experience.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, comfortable as a change agent providing thought leadership.

COMPUTER SKILLS:  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
  • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Excel, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

 

 

BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass Live Scan (criminal background check via fingerprinting), provide a clear TB test

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Salary Range $115,000-$125,000

 This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
